We do not accept returns for any products once delivered.

We do not offer product exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at vesbhushaa@gmail.com with clear photographs and order details.

After verification, we may provide an appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered if:

• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product arrives damaged due to transit.
• The product is unavailable after payment has been received.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
